Returns
At Hello Beauty Organics, we do not accept returns on any products. All sales are final.

Refunds
Refunds are only available in the event that we sent you the wrong product or if your product was damaged during the shipping process. If either of these issues occurs, please contact us immediately.

To request a refund or replacement:

1. Email us at contact@hellobeautyorganics.com.
2. Provide a photo of the incorrect or damaged product.
3. Contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order.

Once we’ve verified the issue, we will either process a full refund or send you a replacement product, based on your preference.
